Internet Connection Speed

The minimum viable connection speed to stream class videos reliably is about 768 kilobits per second (equal to .768 megabits per second). We recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second for an optimal experience with HD capability.  Internet Speed Test

Supported Browsers

All you need to view our studio classes is an internet-connected computing device (Mac, Windows, Chromebook, Linux PC, even most of the latest tablets), and a recent version of any of the major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.).

Tip: It’s important to keep your browser as up-to-date as possible. Our platform works hard to support a ton of browser iterations, but sometimes changes outside of our control (security issues, playback support) force us to stop supporting certain browsers unexpectedly.

Supported Operating Systems

No worries about which operating system your viewers are using - our videos are friendly with almost every OS on every planet we are aware of, including Mac OS, Windows, and Linux. Wistia videos also play smoothly on mobile devices and tablets. As long as you’re viewing the content in a supported browser, you’re all set.

• Make sure the CC number, CVV, and expiration date you entered were correct and reflect the information on your card.
• Make sure there is a sufficient amount of funds to cover the purchase.
• Occasionally, a charge can be flagged by your bank if you do not regularly purchase digital products or if the transaction amount is untypical of your account. You will need to contact your bank and ask them to approve the transaction in order to complete the payment.
• Once the issue is resolved by your bank please sign up and you should be good to go!
