Sally is an amazing leader….. calm, collected, organized, funny, heart-centered and such a joy to be around. I went into the Women's retreat with no expectations and was incredibly pleased with the results and plan on returning yearly. 

The weekend was set in Temecula's most picturesque locations, which helps you unwind from the busyness of life. Sally led us through several meditations and sound baths which were all very different yet powerful in helping me calm my mind. Sally truly is a master of sound and shares her passion and knowledge before each session. I returned home with such a sense of inner peace after the retreat.
