Cancellation and Refund Policy

Enrollment Revocation
Seventh Chakra Institute of Spiritual Sciences and its trainers reserve the right to remove any attendee from the course if deemed in violation of the Institute’s or Retreat Home’s Policies. Enrollment may also be revoked for disruptive or disrespectful behavior. Furthermore, Seventh Chakra Institute of Spiritual Sciences reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed not ready by its Trainers for advanced courses.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations requests must be made via email by sending a written notice to Course Administrator, Peter DeBellis at [email protected].
Refund Eligibility:
Pre-Paid in Full:
- Cancellations made prior to 2 weeks before the course begins: Full Refund less $150 Admin Fee.
- Cancellations made in the 14 leading up to the Course start date: Full Refund less cost of any learning materials ordered+$ 250 Admin Fee.
- Cancellations on the first day of the course: Full Refund, less the cost of any learning material + $600 Admin and Training Fee.
- No refunds thereafter.
Payment Plan:
- Cancellation before the course begins: Full Refund of Initial Payment less the cost of any learning material + $250 Admin Fee
- No refunds thereafter.
Covid Emergencies: Eligibility for Refund (determined by individual case). For most cases full refund will be honored with proof of a positive PCR Covid test or a note from the doctor.
KRI Certification Rules (For KRI Level 1 Certified Instructors only) :
I am aware that this course may take place virtually via zoom, in-person, or a combination of both. In order to receive credit for course completion towards Level 2 certification, all requirements of the course must be adequately completed. Any class time missed will require make up work for course completion. The minimum required attendance for course credit is 5 complete days out of the 6 total in-class days (partial absences are included in the total). Course credit is ultimately at the discretion of the Lead Trainer.
